"this store knows how to take care of their produce. They have plenty of selection and it’s good quality. The staff is very nice. I will support any grocery store that has a number of cashiers on duty. I’ve moved over to this giant from another one because it is so grading on the nerves to go to a machine and be yelled at every day.. this store also understands the importance of keeping jobs. "Shoutout to Giant for innovating new ways to rip customers off!! They habitually under-pack meat so you get less than you pay for. My most recent haul was nearly half a pound light - 12.7% less than the package stated. Price gouging AND blatantly lying. Trying to live in America and not go broke gets more fun by the day!!"

"I visited Giant around 12:30 AM last night. There was only one cashier working, and her name was Kathy (or Cathy—I’m not entirely sure). It was late, and I was too tired to remember how to spell her name. She was honestly one of the kindest cashiers I’ve encountered in the past ten years. Despite the late hour and what must have been a tiring shift, she brought incredible energy to every customer. She made people smile—including me—and created a genuinely positive and uplifting atmosphere. I run a restaurant myself, and in today’s environment, an employee like her is extremely rare. I would gladly pay double to have someone like her on my team."

"The customer service at this location is great. Because of limited mobility, we needed a scooter for shopping. The gentleman maintaining the parking lot, not only retrieved a scooter, but delivered it to the car. Much appreciated!"

"Very disappointed that self-checkout wasn't available at the time of day I came (11:30 pm - 12 am). Perhaps the store closes the self-checkout lane once it becomes late enough at night. Because of shoplifters? the other giant in Montrose Crossing I prefer to go to has self-checkout available until the store closes (11 pm). Well, maybe this was the catch of it being a 24 hour store. Not coming back."
